Is tech support available outside of scheduled training sessions?

Yes, we offer ongoing tech support for our clients. If you have questions or encounter issues between sessions, you can reach out to us for assistance via phone or email. We can remote into the computer and show you step by step if necessary for issues like printer not printing or files not showing up. If a issue arises that needs hands on support we will schedule a good time to come to you and help.
